We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship where the manufacturer allows, some products will need to be returned directly to the manufacturer. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return 15 days from the date of purchase. Seafarer Marine Supply is not liable for parts we did not look up.  Returns: Customer is responsible for all return freight and a 15% restock fee on all returns that were not looked up by SMS. Fee may be reduced or waived with an offsetting order or by accepting store credit. RMA number required for all returns. Returns must arrive at SMS within 14 days of the RMA issue date. Electrical items & Manuals are not returnable. Seafarer Marine Supply is not responsible for items or damage from items not used per the manufacturer's recommendation. Kohler does not warranty any parts not sold and installed by the dealer. DOA claims must be made within 3 days of receipt for eligible products. SMS offers no warranty on parts, all warranty per manufacturer term. See the manufacturer's website for warranty terms.
